Wholistic Gardens – Seasonal produce, all organic, all delicious!

Dragonfly Farms – Imagining some far away field full of vegetables? Not here! The Rutters bring you produce straight from their home garden, right here in the middle of town. How’s that for local? No worries about harmful pesticides either: They use safe and effective pest control like neem oil. Also check out their selection of succulent plants!

YT Beef –YT Ranch out of Goldsmith raises hardy Longhorn and Corriente cattle that naturally resist disease, making antibiotic use unnecessary. Longhorn / Corriente beef is lower in total fat and saturated fat than mainstream beef. It’s also lower in cholesterol. This means leaner, lower fat meat. Good news if you need to limit your fat intake, but still want to eat some beef! Dry aged to ensure tenderness and flavor. Lots of cuts, jerky by the pound, grass and grain fed. Watch out for buffalo and sausage after the 4th of July…
